Responsibilities
•Partner with business stakeholders to provide a financial perspective on product and investment decisions
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting for the assigned area, validating assumptions, ensuring realistic plans, and aligning resource allocation with business and company priorities
•Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders
•Prepare reports and presentations for senior management explaining financial performance and key business drivers
•Support business cases for new initiatives by estimating costs, returns, and financial impact with stakeholders
•Collaborate with FP&A, Controlling, and Data teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in reporting and financial data
•Improve planning models, reporting tools, and analytical processes to enhance forecasting quality and decision-making
•Foster financial literacy and accountability across the organization by helping non-financial stakeholders understand the financial implications of their decisions
Requirements
•Experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or in a similar FP&A role at a multinational or fast-growing company
•Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and performance management processes
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
•High proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or BOARD
•Strong business acumen and confidence engaging with technical and product stakeholders
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex financial topics to non-financial audiences
•Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
•Fluent English, written and spoken
