Задачи
•Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize the SAP Sovereign Cloud system landscape in Germany
•Set up a multi-system landscape architecture and handle integration between heterogeneous system technologies
•Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations
•Continuously improve implementation documentation
•Partner with the engineering team to design and enhance cloud operation processes
•Take part in laying the foundation for a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry
Требования
•Work independently on complex issues and collaborate efficiently with experts across time zones to anticipate issues that affect customer success
•Expertise with GitLab
•Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible
•Expertise with Linux and SUSE
•Experience with CI/CD
•Experience with at least some of Kubernetes, Helm, Python, and BASH scripting
•Experience with hyperscaler services, cloud computing, and databases
•Debugging and troubleshooting skills
•Ability to multitask and handle projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
•Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, perform on-call duties, and work flexible shifts
•Experience in cloud operations for at least one SAP solution (e.g. HCM, BTP, SAC) is optional
•Willingness to undergo a governmental security clearance process
