Missions
Within our E-Retail Media Department, you manage a portfolio of clients and support them in defining and deploying their Retail Media strategy. You are responsible for delivery quality, client relationship and the development of your accounts.
Your missions will be as follows:
•Understand clients' business challenges and translate them into tailored Amazon Retail Media strategies;
•Define the activation strategy and the allocation of investments between Onsite, Offsite and Promotion, on Amazon and the main eRetailers;
•Manage the teams in charge of accounts and guarantee the quality of delivery, processes and client relationship;
•Supervise the launch, monitoring, analysis and optimization of Retail Media campaigns;
•Transform performance into strategic recommendations and growth opportunities;
•Manage budgets, team time and contribute to the profitability and development of the client portfolio;
•Actively participate in new business, pitches and commercial recommendations;
•Contribute to the visibility of the agency's E-Retail Media expertise among clients, partners and market players.
Profile
•Higher education (Bac+4/5), with a minimum of 4 years' experience (excluding work-study) in E-Retail Media, in an agency, regie or on the advertiser side;
•Solid experience with Amazon and Amazon Ads, with mastery of the levers (Sponsored Ads / Search and Amazon DSP), as well as AMC or Pacvue;
•Mastery of the main Onsite, Offsite, Search and Display levers and associated e-commerce issues;
•Comfortable in client relations and strategic advice, able to challenge a brief, defend a recommendation and support contacts in their decisions;
•Experience managing teams and projects, with the ability to prioritize topics, support employees and guarantee the quality of deliverables; combines analytical ability, business vision and sense of commercial development;
•Curious and proactive, you enjoy dynamic and collaborative environments as well as agency life;
•Entrepreneurial spirit and an appetite for innovation, new tools and AI uses;
•Bilingual in French with a good level of English (B2 minimum) in order to work in an international environment.
