About the Project
Andersen provides digital solutions and consulting services across industries. This project supports a European real estate investment company specializing in shopping centers, aiming to improve the acquisition, development, and management of a commercial property portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
•Audit the current Dual Write setup across all environments
•Review environment linking and connection-set configuration
•Analyze table mappings, synchronization health, and error handling
•Identify risks, issues, anti-patterns, and improvement opportunities
•Recommend target architecture and operating model
•Design deployment and release processes across environments
•Implement configuration improvements and remediation actions
•Establish monitoring, support, and recovery procedures
•Produce architecture documentation and operational runbooks
•Train administrators and deployment teams on ongoing maintenance
Requirements
•5+ years of backend development experience
•Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
•Strong experience with Dataverse
•Hands-on experience with Dual Write
•Experience designing and maintaining integrations between F&O and Dataverse
•Knowledge of Dynamics 365 environment management (Dev/UAT/Prod)
•Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
•Experience with data mapping, synchronization, and troubleshooting
•Knowledge of security models, service accounts, and app registrations
•Experience with architecture reviews and technical assessments
•Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
•English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
