Responsibilities
•Lead legal operations, legal technology, and legal AI strategy
•Own legal workflows, processes, resourcing, and service delivery
•Manage budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and cost modeling
•Manage legal billing and outside counsel
•Lead capacity planning, headcount modeling, and resource decisions
•Manage legal technology platforms
•Evaluate AI tools and lead integrations
•Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and controls
•Design intake, triage, and demand-management frameworks
•Optimize vendor management and spend controls
•Implement AI-enabled legal workflows
•Lead change management, training, and adoption
