Requirements:
•10+ years in software development/architecture and 5+ years managing technical teams.
•Deep expertise in ERP/Finance systems: 1C ERP system is a must-have (plus SAP, Oracle, or similar).
•Strong background in 1C ERP system architecture, refactoring, migrations, and integrations.
•Basic understanding of financial accounting principles.
•Fluent English (B2+).
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with 1C ERP specific modules, AI/ML in financial systems, Fintech/iGaming background, or high-load SaaS architecture.
Responsibilities:
•Audit the current 1C ERP system architecture, identify technical debt, and build a modernization roadmap.
•Lead and mentor a team of 33 professionals, including 4 team leads focused on ERP and Engineering.
•Structure a large technical backlog and translate business needs into clear 1C ERP milestones.
•Oversee integration of new system instances (Budgeting, Treasury, Payroll) with the core finance platform.
•Optimize the software development lifecycle and drive automation/AI solutions within the ERP ecosystem.
