Responsibilities
•Combining technical expertise and management skills to ensure the effectiveness of Fintech business practices
•Participate in Pre-Sales activities, including selection of appropriate solutions and technologies
•Participate in project evaluations for potential clients
•Developing and implementing Pre-Sales strategies for potential clients
•Resolving technical problems and issues on ongoing projects
•Gathering and developing the necessary expertise in the practice
•Participate in marketing activities of the business practice
Requirements
•5 years of IT experience or more
•Deep understanding of the subject area, typical problems, solutions and trends in Fintech
•Experience in the role of Delivery Manager, Solution Architect or similar position
•Strong technical skills and ability to deliver effective technical solutions
•Experience participating in Pre-Sales activities and preparing proposals for customers
•Strong written and verbal communication skills (business writing skills, business ethics, customer rapport, etc.)
•Customer focus (ability to identify customer needs, manage conflict situations, handle claims)
•High analytical and strategic planning skills
•Willingness to develop and implement new processes and methodologies
•Ability to work under multitasking and tight deadlines
•English at Upper Intermediate level and above
