Responsibilities
•Manage a portfolio of projects from pre-sales through post-production
•Manage timelines, risks, and client business expectations
•Improve delivery efficiency through project optimization and profitability management
•Plan, control, and allocate project budgets
•Collaborate closely with internal and external project stakeholders
•Monitor and improve team performance metrics
•Analyze RFPs
•Prepare solution estimates
•Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for clients
•Build teams and manage project timelines
•Coach, mentor, motivate, and oversee managed projects
•Communicate regularly with clients about development, strategies, and business goals
•Prepare reports and maintain required client documentation
Requirements
•Technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Software Development, QA, Test Automation, or Business Analysis; SAP and technical support experience are excluded
•At least 3 years of managerial experience with full ownership of project delivery, beyond coordination responsibilities
•Experience managing fixed-price projects
•Strong accountability and ownership, with a systematic, analytical, and data-driven approach to decision-making
•Upper-Intermediate English or above

•Experience running projects from pre-sale to production rollout
•Experience with SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce/Oracle/Odoo
