Requirements:

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

•5–6 years of professional experience in conversational AI development, with 2–3+ years in the Google CCAI ecosystem.

•Strong experience with Dialogflow CX and ES, including intent/entity design, context handling, webhook integration, and fulfillment.

•Practical experience with Generative AI in Google Cloud (Playbooks, Generators, Data Stores).

•Hands-on experience with UJET or similar platforms integrated with CCAI.
