About the Role
Love turning complex data into powerful business insight? We're looking for a Data Platform Engineer to help build and evolve the data platform that powers decision-making across PizzaExpress. You'll design and optimise Snowflake data pipelines, create trusted data models, and help deliver scalable, high-quality data products that support everything from finance and operations to customer and loyalty insights.
Responsibilities
•Designing and supporting Snowflake ELT pipelines
•Building robust data models and data marts
•Improving data quality, governance and security
•Optimising platform performance and costs
•Partnering with stakeholders to turn business needs into data solutions
•Helping shape the future of our data engineering roadmap
Requirements
•Strong SQL and Snowflake experience
•A background in ETL/ELT and data warehousing
•Solid understanding of dimensional modelling
•Experience with Python, Git and engineering best practices
•A collaborative mindset and passion for solving problems with data
