About the Role
The role is part of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team within MUFG EMEA Technology which manages the projects related to data applications across MUFG bank systems. We are looking for an experienced developer/analyst with around 5 to 8 years of experience driving different data solutions end to end.
Delivery
•Work in Shifts based on rota.
•Identify and resolve technical issues.
•Maintaining and updating system technical documents and service operation manuals.
•To ensure the support provided is within the Service Level agreement set with business and technology groups.
•Ensure IT governance, standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.
•Plan and perform software releases as a part of Release and Change process.
•Develop and deliver Application software changes according to requirement.
•Investigate production incidents/problems and provide solution to fixing the issues.
•Assess impact on supported systems based on production changes.
•Follow standard tooling such as ServiceNow to manage Incidents, Problem and Change.
•Maintain a good and detailed knowledge of AMD DEBI (Data Engineering and Business Intelligence) applications so as to effectively provide BAU support.
•Ensure effective communications are maintained through timely sharing of information to technology and business stakeholders.
•Liaise with external vendors such as Informatica, Hitachi for maintenance support on Application tools.
•To cover on call support on a team rota basis.
