Data Analytics & AI Support Internship

Responsibilities:
•Assist the Data Analytics team in delivering cutting-edge analytics, structured reporting, and modern AI/automation solutions for global business stakeholders
•Perform comprehensive data quality checks, troubleshoot data anomalies across ERP and reporting systems, and coordinate with senior team members for escalations
•Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
•Support end-to-end dashboard development, data modeling, and performance tuning
•Execute data validation, system testing, and basic coding tasks to ensure pipeline reliability
•Assist in the development and deployment of AI use cases, including AI agents and process automation tools
•Create technical documentation and user enablement materials to help teams adopt new AI features
•Partner closely with data engineers, business analysts, and business units to drive continuous process improvements
Requirements:
•Final-year student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
•Solid foundational knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation
•Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
•Familiarity with or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and Automation workflows
•Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, agile teams
•High curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
•Business fluent in written and spoken English
