HMR is recruiting a Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team. We are looking for a professional to analyze, validate and monitor data from the pharmaceutical market, ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of the information made available. In this role, you will contribute to identifying trends, validating indicators and producing analyses that support our clients' decision-making.
Responsibilities
•Monitor the quality, consistency and completeness of data from the different panels and databases that support the information made available to the market
•Provide second-line technical support to HMR clients, clarifying questions related to the information made available
•Participate in the assessment, implementation and automation of controls and improvements to information quality management processes
•Monitor the dynamics of the pharmaceutical market
•Validate new developments, products, services and indicators, ensuring their analytical consistency and coherence
•Respond to internal and client requests within the agreed service levels
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Data Science or similar fields
•Knowledge of data analysis, processing and visualization, using advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python
•Analytical ability, attention to detail, rigor and critical thinking
•Autonomy, organizational skills and a focus on meeting deadlines
•Communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships
Nice to have
•Experience in data analysis, processing or quality roles, preferably in the healthcare sector
•Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, particularly the outpatient and hospital segments
