•Maintain and improve API integrations and data enrichment processes
•Help automate manual processes to make workflows more consistent and scalable
•Monitor the pipeline and troubleshoot issues when they arise
•Assist with GTM KPIs and reporting to support sales team improvement
•Collaborate with the GTM team to improve data quality and workflow performance
Requirements:
•Python (experience in ETL and scripting; pandas and NumPy proficiency highly valued)
•SQL (basic to intermediate level; PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred)
•Data visualization with popular tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.)
•Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs
•Familiarity with LLMs and AI agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, etc.)

•Experience with Jupyter notebooks
•Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
•High level of English (written and spoken)

•Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team
•Curious and motivated to learn
•Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating across teams
Nice to have:
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
•Familiarity with basic automation techniques and bash scripting
Conditions:
•Hands-on experience with real GTM and data workflows
•Exposure to teams across the company, from Product to Platform
•Practical skills in automation, data pipelines, and CRM systems
•Close collaboration with senior engineers and sales leadership
•Opportunities to improve and scale systems, not just maintain them
•Room to grow and learn new technologies
•Permanent contract
•Private health insurance (partially covered)
•Hybrid work (3 days office / 2 remote)
•Office in a central location in Madrid
