About the Role

At Volkswagen Group España Distribución, we want to support you on this first big step with our Drive Your Talent program, designed for young people eager to grow, contribute, and develop their potential in an innovative, dynamic environment full of opportunities.
For 12 months, you will gain professional experience at a leading mobility company, taking part in impactful projects and learning from the inside how a large organization works. You can develop in areas such as Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, Communication, HR, Operations, Legal, or Planning.
Requirements
•People who have recently completed a degree or master's degree
•Availability to undertake a 12-month learning experience
•Interest in developing in an international and innovative environment
•Proficiency in English (B2)
•Digital skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, Power BI, among others)
•Proactive attitude, communication skills, and motivation to take on new challenges
•Attention to detail, passion for the sector, and a strong capacity for learning
Nice to have: Knowledge of German will be highly valued
Conditions
•12-month internship accompanied by fully funded higher education at EADA Business School, where you will earn a Master in Management and Digital Business in the Automotive Industry
•Study allowance: €802 gross per month
•Meal subsidy: internal canteen (you will pay a maximum of €3 per meal)
•Mobility allowance: if you do not live in the Catalonia region, relocation cost support (€500 at the start of the internship and €500 upon completion of the full program)
•Flexibility as a way of life: a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely
•Paid annual leave: 20 working days in summer and 5 working days at Christmas
•Programs: engagement plans, team building, brand events, employee gatherings, among others
