Задачи
•Supporting the processes of developing projects under government programs, preparing them for financing, and implementing them
•Analyzing project business plans, financial calculations, and economic efficiency
•Providing project initiators with practical assistance in preparing the necessary documents and using banking services
•Cooperating with the bank's regional branches and relevant organizations to implement projects related to Agrostar activities
•Monitoring project implementation status, financing processes, and achievement of established targets
•Identifying problems and risks arising in projects and developing proposals to address them
•Maintaining a project database and preparing analytical information and reports
Требования
•A higher education degree in economics, finance, banking, agricultural economics, or another relevant field
•At least 5 years of work experience in banking and finance or in project-related work
•Knowledge of government programs, business support, and mechanisms for financing the agricultural sector
•Skills in analyzing business plans, financial statements, and cash flows
•Knowledge of lending processes, project evaluation, and monitoring
•Ability to work with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to prepare official correspondence and analytical documents in the state language
•Analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and the ability to complete tasks within established deadlines
