What you will do
•Guide international customers through onboarding, product training, adoption, and integration into daily workflows.
•Build long-term customer relationships, monitor engagement, prevent churn, and reactivate inactive customers.
•Identify product expansion opportunities, support renewals, and develop existing customer accounts.
•Analyze product usage statistics, trends, dashboards, customer performance, and adoption metrics to prioritize proactive actions.
•Maintain accurate customer, activity, and account data in HubSpot.
•Coordinate with Sales, Product, Clinical, Technical Support, and Integration teams; collect customer feedback and communicate recurring needs and opportunities.
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in SaaS or technology is preferred.
•Excellent written and spoken English.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•Data-driven mindset and confidence working with statistics, dashboards, and customer metrics.
•Experience with CRM systems.
•Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
•Experience driving product adoption, improving customer retention, and developing long-term customer relationships.
