•Ensure that our CRM works reliably, our data is of high quality and the operational business can always work with the right information.
•Work in the CRM system every day.
•Take care of the quality and availability of our CRM data.
•Provide meaningful reports and analyses.
•Understand the underlying processes and data, find solutions independently and implement them in the CRM system.
