About the role
We are partnering with a major international financial institution on a strategic investment compliance transformation programme. As part of a large-scale platform migration, we are looking for an experienced Aladdin Investment Compliance Specialist to support the migration of investment guidelines and portfolio restrictions from a legacy platform to BlackRock Aladdin. This is an opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative within an international and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
•Analyse investment guidelines and translate them into Aladdin compliance rules.
•Configure, code and test rules within the Aladdin Compliance Workbench.
•Validate rule implementation and portfolio-level constraint assignments.
•Perform quality checks and reconciliation between source and target systems.
•Identify and resolve migration issues, discrepancies and implementation risks.
•Maintain rule repositories and technical documentation.
•Collaborate with international stakeholders and support knowledge transfer.
Requirements
•Proven experience in Investment Compliance within Asset Management.
•Hands-on experience with investment compliance platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River IMS or SimCorp Dimension.
•Strong understanding of investment guidelines, portfolio restrictions and compliance monitoring.
•Previous experience in rule coding, testing and platform migration projects.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
•Fluent English is essential.
