Responsibilities
•You will start in customer projects focused on organizational and process-related topics within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and support them as a (sub-)project manager or business analyst, from analysis, planning and coordination through to the implementation of concepts or third-party systems.
•In addition to analyzing customer needs, you will examine business and technical aspects as well as requirements, and present your findings in a conceptual, structured, clear and management-oriented way.
•You can contribute your own ideas in a targeted way and take on a lot of responsibility very quickly: capital markets, risk management, third-party systems and regulation are just a few examples of the wide range of topics you can expect here.
•You can also make a difference beyond project work: work together on innovations, write your own articles or get involved in recruiting and university marketing.
Requirements
•A successful university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or mathematics, preferably also with additional qualifications.
•You have experience in the world of savings banks, at the IT service providers of banks, or in consulting within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
•You have a high level of initiative and an analytical, results-oriented way of working; you are also a customer- and team-oriented person who consistently shows enthusiasm, a strong willingness to contribute and flexibility.
•You are enthusiastic about working together in an open-minded way on analytical challenges.
•Very good German skills (at least C1 level, business fluent) and good English skills (at least B2 level, fluent), spoken and written.
Nice to have
•Ideally, you have business or technical know-how in OSPlus, OSPlus_neo, JIRA and Confluence.
