Gonka is a decentralized AI network aimed to bring unrestricted and uncensored access to the intelligence to everyone around the world. The network brought together thousands of GPUs serving real inference to users.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Here is how we see success: Over time, more developers discover Gonka.ai and join the Discord, and more of them take part in conversations, events, and projects. Community activities happen regularly, members share what they're building, new relationships develop with external communities, and useful stories from the server reach a wider audience through Gonka's channels.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
•Experience building, managing, or growing an online community, preferably on Discord.
•Experience planning and running community activities, with examples of how you encouraged people to participate.
•Ability to work autonomously: you can set priorities, come up with ideas, organize the work, and deliver without needing step-by-step direction.
•Comfort communicating with a technical audience and learning about technical products. Your experience might come from AI, software development, game development, open source, or another technology-focused community.
•Strong written English and the ability to facilitate useful, welcoming conversations.
•Confidence reaching out to developers, community organizers, and potential partners.
•Ability to create content from community activities. For example, organize podcasts and AMA sessions, write a recap, interview with community members, record a demo, or prepare a short video or social post.
•Familiarity with Discord's tools, moderation practices, and the day-to-day work of running a server.
•An interest in AI and curiosity about what people are building with it.
Nice to have
•Experience growing a developer community or working in a community-facing DevRel role.

•Experience organizing online events, workshops, hackathons, or build challenges.
•Basic video recording and editing skills.
