Responsibilities
•Administer and support Windows Server environments on VMware and Azure, including build, patching, configuration, monitoring, and health management
•Perform daily production checks, monitoring, and alert reviews to ensure platform stability and availability
•Manage hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including identity lifecycle, synchronization, access management, and security best practices
•Apply security and least-privilege standards across infrastructure environments
•Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM and Azure DevOps, including root cause analysis and resolution ownership
•Implement infrastructure and configuration changes following established change management and CAB processes
•Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure provisioning using PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines
•Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks
•Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
•Strong experience in Windows Server administration
•Hands-on experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure
•Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid environments
•Good understanding of DNS and core infrastructure services
•Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, service request, change management, and CAB
•Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO)
•Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

•Terraform and DevOps (ADO pipelines)
•Dynamics infrastructure support
•GCP exposure
•Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, AZ-400
