Responsibilities
•Lead the Finance function, including financial and management accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting
•Drive budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting across the Group and its legal entities
•Improve profitability through margin analysis, cost optimization, and effective financial control
•Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
•Lead ERP implementation and development, financial process automation, and reporting improvements
•Ensure compliance with IFRS and the tax legislation of Azerbaijan
•Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
•Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team
Requirements
•A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
•8+ years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in senior finance leadership roles
•Strong knowledge of IFRS and Azerbaijani tax legislation
•Practical experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
•Experience working in a multi-entity corporate structure
Nice to have
•Experience in retail, distribution, or banking
•ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA qualification
