Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — PaySky
What you'll lead:
•Financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
•Accounting, consolidated reporting, audits, tax, and internal controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
•Treasury, liquidity, working capital, foreign exchange exposure, and banking relationships.
•Commercial finance: pricing, contract economics, revenue recognition, project profitability, and recurring revenue.
•Fundraising, investor relations, financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence.
What we're looking for:
•15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior leader.
•Strong experience in payments, fintech, banking technology, enterprise software, or a closely related sector.
•A proven record of scaling a profitable business across multiple markets.
•Deep knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, and audit management.
•Strong understanding of payments economics, transaction-based revenue, software licensing, implementation projects, and SaaS business models.
