CEO — FX/CFD Brokerage | Cyprus
CompanionVille is looking for an experienced CEO to lead the strategic, commercial, and operational growth of a rapidly expanding FX/CFD brokerage.
We are looking for a senior Forex/CFD executive who understands the brokerage business from the ground up — ideally someone who has personally built and launched an FX/CFD brokerage from scratch.
💼 What we're looking for:
•10–15+ years of experience in Forex/CFD
•Senior leadership experience within an FX/CFD brokerage
•Strong background across sales, marketing, business development & partnerships
•Proven experience building teams, acquisition channels, and revenue streams
•Strong understanding of brokerage economics, client acquisition, deposits & trading activity
•Strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
•Built and launched a brokerage from scratch — a major advantage
•CEO/C-level experience or readiness to step into a first CEO role
