Nebius

Capacity manager in cloud infrastructure

In short

This is an Early Talent (intern) program at Nebius, a cloud infrastructure company, focused on the Capacity Management function within a fast-growing AI cloud platform. The role involves mapping workflows, interviewing stakeholders, and building documentation and onboarding materials in Confluence rather than core engineering work. It suits a student or recent graduate in engineering, computer science, information systems or operations management who can bring structure to ambiguous information and work cross-functionally with technical and managerial teams, on-site in Amsterdam.

About the Role
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Tasks
•Learning how the Capacity Management function operates and how it interacts with other teams.
•Interviewing team members and cross-functional stakeholders to collect and validate information.
•Mapping our main areas of responsibility, workflows, dependencies and stakeholder interfaces.
•Designing a clear information architecture for the Capacity Management Confluence space.
•Creating a practical home page that helps different audiences find the right information quickly.
•Developing or improving onboarding materials for new team members and partners.
•Documenting key processes, ownership areas, terminology, decision paths and working agreements.
•Collecting feedback from users and improving the content based on how it works in practice.
Requirements
•You are currently completing, or have recently completed, a degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations management or a related field.
•You can bring structure to incomplete, scattered or ambiguous information.
•You can explain complex subjects in simple, precise language.
•You are comfortable asking questions, listening carefully and following up until you understand how something really works.
•You can distinguish between a process as it is intended to work and how it works in practice.
•You are interested in cloud infrastructure, technical operations and cross-functional project management.
•You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the larger picture.
•You are comfortable collaborating with both technical specialists and managers.
•You do not need to be a cloud infrastructure expert when you join. Curiosity, analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly are more important.
Nice to have
•Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
•Worked on university, volunteer or personal projects involving several stakeholders.
•Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts, capacity planning or service operations.
•An interest in technical project or program management as a career.
