Position: Business Operations Associate
What You will Be Doing — Roles & Responsibilities
•Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
•Proactively track and expedite orders, resolving issues to maintain timelines.
•Identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and develop SOPs to improve efficiency.
•Leverage ERP/Ariba and reporting tools to drive visibility and support decision-making.
What We Are Looking For — Key Requirements & Core Competencies
•3+ years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain / Operations
•Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
•Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and Ariba portal
•Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Exposure to Power BI and data analytics is a plus
•Familiarity with global trade compliance and tariffs is highly preferred
•Willing to take ownership and can manage work independently
•Need to be proactive and solution-oriented, not just task-driven
•Can coordinate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively
•Communicate confidently and clearly in English (verbal & written)
•Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including nights)
•Open to working on Indian public/national holidays
