Requirements
•More than 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
•Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation
•Ability to act as a link between business and IT
•Stakeholder and multidisciplinary team management
•Experience or knowledge in Data, AI, GenAI, or new technologies
•Experience in UAT, functional testing, and solution validation
•Definition and tracking of KPIs and reporting
•Good level of English
Conditions
•€40,000–€45,000 gross per year
•Permanent contract
