About the Role
You will build, deploy, and operate DeFi yield vault smart contracts and the backend systems supporting them. You will develop trading, rebalancing, NAV, monitoring, and automation tooling; assess protocol risks; review and sign vault transactions; test contracts; and support security reviews and live vault operations.
Requirements
•Production Solidity development
•Backend service, automation, and tooling development
•Deep DeFi knowledge
•4+ years of industry engineering experience
•Experience shipping and operating a yield vault
•Knowledge of yield sources and protocol risk
Responsibilities
•Design, write, deploy, and configure yield vault smart contracts
•Build tooling for trades, rebalancing, policies, whitelists, and administration
•Extend vault architecture for new strategies, assets, and chains
•Review smart contracts and tooling
•Test and formally verify smart contracts where appropriate
•Work with external auditors through review cycles
•Build and maintain redemption-flow, NAV, pricing, and automation services
•Automate allocation, harvesting, and rebalancing operations
•Assess new protocols and determine allocation terms
•Review and sign vault rebalancing transactions
•Build monitoring for oracle failures, depegs, stuck withdrawals, and bad allocations
•Participate in web3 security operations
