You'll join cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, designers and data specialists. Engineers here aren't handed tickets. They own what they build from the first idea to production, and they have a real say in what gets built next.

•Building and scaling distributed backend systems that handle real-time data for millions of users
•Designing, launching and learning from A/B experiments alongside product and data teams
•Owning features end to end: shaping requirements with stakeholders, building, shipping and measuring the impact
•Improving reliability, observability and code quality as the platform grows
•Mentoring other engineers and helping hire the next wave of the team
•Using AI tools in your day-to-day work, and helping shape how the team adopts them
Требования
•6+ years of software engineering experience, with recent hands-on Java (Kotlin is great too)
•Experience designing and running scalable, reliable services in production
•A habit of connecting your work to measurable outcomes for customers and the business
•Strong testing habits and a focus on maintainable code
•Clear communication in English (no German needed)

•A/B testing and event-based analytics
•E-commerce, consumer product or marketplace experience
•Frontend exposure (Vue, React or TypeScript)
•Start-up or scale-up experience
Условия
•Base salary up to €120k+, plus virtual share options
•Company pension, a €1,000 yearly learning budget and a mentorship programme
•Hybrid working: three days a week in a central Berlin office, plus 30 days a year working from anywhere
