Responsibilities
•Become an expert in Teleport's scalability, performance, and reliability in large deployments
•Design, develop, and ship high-quality products
•Write most of the code in Go
•Collaborate with other teams on scalability and performance
•Work directly with customers to diagnose and remediate performance issues
•Grow technical expertise
Requirements
•Extensive Go experience
•Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms
•Linux systems engineering experience
•Knowledge of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models
•Builder mentality and experience building zero-to-one products
•Intellectual curiosity and willingness to master new technologies
•Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset
