We are strengthening our Software Development area and looking for experienced professionals who enjoy and are naturally suited to working in teams and a multi-project environment.
Responsibilities
•Join and actively participate in technology consulting projects, with the possibility of coordinating and operationally supervising teams.
•Participate in transformation projects to create a solution aligned with the needs of our national and international clients.
•Be involved in the various phases of a technology project, such as software design, development, implementation and testing.
•Independently plan, execute and/or coordinate the activities involved in producing the various outputs within a project or project stream.
•Responsibly manage day-to-day client relationships within your scope of work.
Requirements
•Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering and/or similar fields.
•Between 1 and 6 years of professional experience in software development projects.
•Experience in the design, implementation and roll-out of information systems.
•Experience designing and/or developing Java-based Web or Enterprise applications.
•Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
•Customer- and results-oriented.
•Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
•Critical and analytical thinking.
Nice to Have
•Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance and/or Real Estate sectors (optional).
•Knowledge of core banking and/or insurance system technologies (for example: Mambu, Guidewire, Finastra, TIA).
•Experience in development projects using other languages, such as .NET or GO.
•Standards for communication with other systems (JDBC, JMS, RESTful Web Services, SOAP Web Services, RPC).
•Previous experience in projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
