getpress is a PR agency building an AI agent platform for the PR industry and transforming into a service-as-a-software company.
Responsibilities
•Develop the PR platform through full-stack engineering in rapid development cycles
•Build an agent system that redefines the PR value chain, including agents for consultants, self-learning loops, and multi-agent orchestration
•Contribute to system architecture, including workflows, data models, interfaces, compliance, and the tech stack
•Evolve the database architecture, including relational and vector databases
•Shape the technology layer and define how getpress uses technology
•Bring AI into company processes and strategy
•Implement ideas and define standards in collaboration with management
Requirements
•More than 3 years of software development experience
•More than 1 year of experience developing AI agents and components such as memory, context engineering, retrieval, and orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph
•Experience with TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, LangGraph, and GitHub
•Experience developing backend systems with frameworks such as FastAPI, Spring Boot, or NestJS and languages such as Java, TypeScript, or Python
•Experience with container-based and cloud-native architectures, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS
•B2 German is sufficient; willingness to take a course to reach C1 during the first year
Nice to have
•SQL, API design, schema design, query optimization
•Integrating AI/ML models into production systems, understanding model behavior, performance, and limitations
•Product engineering from business and user perspectives
•Event-driven architecture with Kafka or RabbitMQ
•Agentic development with Claude Code or Codex
