Responsibilities
•Build and maintain our high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter
•Contribute to architectural decisions and set coding standards for the team
•Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other teams (Backend and Web) in a cross-stack environment
•Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes that improve developer productivity and product quality
•Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack
Requirements
•4+ years of programming experience, including at least a year of app development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but we prioritize skill
•Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter
•Experience with CI/CD (e.g., fastlane, GitHub Actions) and unit and golden tests
•Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling
•Strong ownership, self-drive, and leadership skills
•Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
•Mobile native experience (iOS and/or Android) or mobile automated testing
•Experience with gRPC, Firebase, and monitoring tools like Sentry or DataDog
•Figma knowledge and open-source experience
