Responsibilities
•Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
•Supporting front office operational tasks and daily processes
•Advising clients on investment products and trading platforms
•Processing and executing client trade and transaction requests
•Contributing to sales growth through cross-selling and preparing investment proposals
•Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
•Preparing internal reports and maintaining necessary documentation
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
•A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in client relationship management
•Solid knowledge of finance
•Understanding of investment products
•Familiarity with various asset classes
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Strong communication skills
•High sense of responsibility
•Ability to manage client relationships
•Detail- and deadline-oriented
•Team player
•Ability to quickly learn and process large amounts of new information
•English (fluent)
Nice to Have
•Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage
