About the area
Resilient and solid cloud and infrastructure solutions form the foundation of any IT environment, ensuring simplified, optimized and managed services, an always-connected company, a scalable strategy, maximum efficiency in multicloud and on-premises environments, and more. We help you modernize your IT environment with cloud services and deliver critical, secure and cost-effective traditional hosting, network and mainframe capabilities.
Essential job functions
•Act as a technical reference in monitoring and operating complex network and security environments
•Perform advanced troubleshooting of critical incidents in Network Data and Network Security
•Lead the diagnosis of complex failures (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking and security)
•Act directly on high-criticality incidents, reducing business impact
•Define, review and optimize runbooks, SOPs and operational standards
•Ensure incident governance, escalations and communication with stakeholders
•Work together with N2/N3 and engineering for definitive problem resolution
•Support continuous improvement, automation and incident reduction initiatives
•Mentor junior and mid-level analysts
•Participate in critical changes (change management) and technical validations
Basic qualifications
•Strong knowledge of networking (advanced routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN)
•Solid experience troubleshooting complex corporate environments
•Mastery of network security (firewalls, VPN, ZTNA, proxy, NAC)
•Experience operating and improving 24x7 NOC environments
•Practical knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
•Ability for critical analysis, complex problem solving and decision making
•Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
•Collaborative profile with focus on continuous improvement
Desirable qualifications
•Experience with multicloud environments and load balancers
•Experience with automation (basic scripts or operational tools)
•Intermediate/advanced certifications (CCNP or similar)
•Experience with advanced observability and monitoring tools
•Intermediate/advanced English
