Salary: $116,420–$160,080 USD annually.

What you will do
•Lead heat treat, EDM, bandsaw, media blast, build plate resurfacing, inspection, and other post-processing operations.
•Own throughput, quality, safety, internal escape rates, and readiness of parts for downstream operations.
•Build, train, and develop technicians and frontline leaders while establishing qualification standards and succession plans.
•Implement standardized work, controls, audits, documentation, and compliance practices aligned with AS9100, military standards, and certification requirements.
•Drive cost reduction, equipment utilization, yield, consumables efficiency, operational dashboards, and ROI-focused improvements.
•Develop automation and capability roadmaps, evaluate robotics, integrate new equipment, onboard new materials and alloys, and lead corrective action with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

•Experience managing risk, driving root-cause resolution, and improving system reliability.
•Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and machinery; perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and precision-tool handling; lift up to 40 lbs. independently and 50 lbs. with assistance; and potentially work in confined spaces, at heights, or while crouching and climbing.
•Required use of PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, respirators as needed, and company uniform.
