About the Role
You will partner with senior business leaders and technical stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, define success metrics, and deliver AI workflows from ideation through adoption. You will train customer teams on a no-code platform, lead change management, capture product feedback, and contribute playbooks, case studies, and best practices. You will support Portuguese-speaking customers and travel occasionally for customer engagements.
Requirements
•Ability to engage technical stakeholders and senior executives
•Experience delivering solutions in complex organizations
•Experience operating in a startup environment
•Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools
•Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or teams is preferred
Responsibilities

•Surface customer needs, patterns, and insights to inform the product roadmap
•Contribute playbooks, case studies, and best practices
