Hilbi develops a real-time, AI-driven healthcare product for patients and clinicians.
What you will do
•Build AI-native interfaces with streaming LLM outputs, LLM-generated forms, and patient-facing copilots.
•Develop real-time features including WebRTC video, live document synchronization, and real-time dashboards.
•Build frontend infrastructure such as design systems, performance budgets, and observability capabilities.
•Prototype AI-assisted concepts rapidly before committing to full engineering work.
•Polish interfaces with animations, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and offline states.
Requirements
•5+ years of production experience with React and TypeScript.
•Experience building real-time or streaming interfaces with WebRTC, WebSockets, or SSE.
•Ability to use AI tools for scaffolding, testing, and refactoring while owning the overall architecture.
•Strong UX sensibility with attention to how interfaces feel and behave.
•Accessibility and performance must be treated as core requirements.
•Clear architecture and state management decisions, with a pragmatic approach to shipping and iteration.
Nice to have
•Design systems experience.
•Healthcare UX experience.
•Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or React Native.
