About the Role
Our Technology & Innovation team is growing, and we are looking for a GenAI Engineer who is curious and eager to grow with us. As a GenAI Engineer you will uncover scalable AI solutions that create real business value, while applying state-of-the-art GenAI, Python development, cloud platforms, and modern MLOps for CI/CD and monitoring. You'll be part of a true collective, working alongside consultants, data engineers, and AI specialists to deliver impact-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
•Implement state-of-the-art data & GenAI applications at scale
•Develop and deploy data science solutions using Python, Docker, and leading Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
•Develop and implement custom AI systems for our clients (e.g. agentic workflows, RAG-based systems, domain specific AI assistants)
•Design end-to-end AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and long-term impact
•Build robust monitoring frameworks to keep models performing at their best, proactively managing drift and retraining needs
•Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, collaborating closely with decision-makers to align AI solutions with their goals
•Participate in client meetings and working sessions, helping to explain technical concepts in a clear way
•Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in ML Ops, GenAI, and Cloud technologies
•Be part of a fast-growing, ambitious team where your ideas and expertise make a difference

•A Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as AI, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
•A strong grasp of the modern GenAI landscape (LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector search, tool/function calling, agentic patterns, and protocols like MCP) and the judgment to know when to apply each
•You stay on top of a fast-moving field by experimenting with new tools and models, bringing AI into your own way of working, and eager to share what you learn
•Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM application development and AI frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex)
•The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, explaining complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences such as business managers, product owners, and commercial leads
•A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you're eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change
•A collaborative spirit: you believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar
•Fluency in English

Conditions
•Impact you can point to: you'll see your work in action and our projects change how organisations make decisions
•Real responsibility, real support: you'll work alongside experienced experts from the start, learning by doing with mentorship and feedback built in
•The freedom to try new things: spot a better way to build something? A smarter process? We want people who challenge the status quo
•Collective Week: once a year, we go on a workation with the whole ADC team. We work on pro bono projects, explore new ideas, and make the kind of memories you'll want to talk about
•Ownership opportunities: we offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, plus the opportunity to invest in the company and become a co-owner once specific conditions are met
