Description
GenAI / LLM Engineer to support the delivery of a production-grade Generative AI solution within a regulated financial services environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on LLM pipelines, RAG, document processing and agentic AI, using AWS technologies including Amazon Bedrock and Agentcore. Candidates must have experience taking GenAI solutions beyond proof-of-concept and into real production environments.

Requirements
•Strong hands-on experience delivering production GenAI/LLM solutions, rather than purely prototypes or POCs.
•RAG architecture for complex, document-heavy applications.
•Amazon Bedrock
•AWS Agentcore
•Amazon OpenSearch, including vector search, k-NN and hybrid retrieval.
•Strong Python development skills.
•Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
•Document processing technologies such as Amazon Textract, PyPDF or Unstructured.io.
•Designing multi-agent or tool-use architectures.
•GenAI evaluation, hallucination detection, validation and confidence-scoring techniques.
•Experience delivering technology within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
