Задачи
Develop new features for video and potentially audio understanding, covering the full scope from data analysis and labeling to algorithm development and accuracy evaluation.
Требования
•Hold a BS in Computer Science or a related technical field and have 4+ years of industry experience, or equivalent practical experience
•Have proven experience building and shipping production ML systems end to end, including data, training, evaluation, deployment, and iteration
•Have strong computer vision expertise in detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, or video understanding
•Have 2+ years of production experience with LLMs or VLMs
•Be proficient in Python, PyTorch, AWS, and Docker
•Have experience with distributed systems, embeddings, vector search, and multimodal retrieval
•Have experience building tool-using AI agents and strong evaluation and data-quality practices
•Be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex, have a bias toward shipping, and communicate effectively in writing
•Nice to have: an MS or PhD in ML, Computer Vision, or a related field
