Description: Channels Educação is a Brazilian company looking for an AI Engineer to join our team remotely. You will design and deliver AI solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
•Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions, including LLM-based applications and ML pipelines
•Translate business requirements from clients into reliable, production-ready systems
•Evaluate, fine-tune and monitor models to ensure quality, performance and scalability
•Collaborate with our international engineering, product and data teams
•Document solutions and communicate technical progress clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
•Currently based in the country where this position is listed, with the legal right to work as a contractor
•5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
•Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
•Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning) and MLOps practices
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
•Advanced English, written and spoken (required)
•Ability to work autonomously in a remote, multicultural environment
Nice to have: proficiency in the local language
