Responsibilities
•Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications
•Develop reliable AI systems using modern frameworks and techniques
•Integrate AI solutions with existing software, APIs, and cloud services
•Improve AI systems in performance, cost, scalability, and reliability
•Own projects end-to-end, from the initial idea through to production
•Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI solutions
•Work closely with product and engineering teams to solve real-world problems
Requirements
•5+ Years of experience across software engineering and AI
•Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on AI experience
•Experience building and deploying applications using LLMs
•Strong understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and AI agent frameworks
•Strong Python skills and experience building production-quality software
•Experience with REST APIs, cloud services, and integrations
•Familiarity with AI testing, evaluation, and quality processes
•Experience using AI-assisted development tools
•Comfortable working in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
•Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership
•Practical mindset focused on building and shipping
Nice to have
•A software engineering background followed by a move into AI
•Experience building AI products in production rather than purely experimental projects
•Experience with AI agents, LLM applications, or automation
•Startup or scale-up experience
