Chillbase

AI Engineer — Chillbase

In short

An AI Engineer role at ChillBase, the company behind the mobile Social RolePlay game OneState, focused on building and maintaining the performance marketing team's AI infrastructure (Dify, Slack agents, MCP connectors to ClickHouse) and productionizing agent-built code. The role requires hands-on experience taking AI/LLM solutions to production, a software/platform engineering or DevOps background, and experience building agent-based automation workflows. It's hybrid, based in Almaty, Limassol, Yerevan or Tbilisi (with mentions of Dubai, Belgrade, Tbilisi as locations), with flexible hours.

AI Engineer
ChillBase is a product-driven game development company behind OneState — a large-scale unique mobile Social RolePlay game on Unity with a global audience, a highly engaged roleplay community, and millions of players. The product is already successful, and the company is now entering a stage of rapid growth and transformation across all key business functions.
We are scaling teams, evolving internal processes, and rethinking how work is done across the company. AI is one of the areas where we already see tangible impact — and now we are focused on scaling it in a systematic way.
What you'll do
•Keep our performance team's AI setup running and make it better. That includes Dify with alerts and agents in Slack, MCP connectors to ClickHouse and other services, and managing model API keys and keeping an eye on what we spend on them.
•Take what the team builds with agents (Claude Code, vibe coding) and get it production-ready, in a form we can actually maintain.
•Work agent-first: if agents wrote the code, agents maintain it. No rewriting everything by hand the old-school way.
•Ship things safely: nothing exposed to the internet, nothing breaking.
•Build AI tools that automate performance marketing workflows and help the team move faster.
•Spot where a new platform or tool would make a difference, and own the rollout yourself.
You'll also
•Document our infrastructure.
•Help the team bring AI into their day-to-day work with templates, scripts, and training.
•Measure the impact of what we roll out: speed, quality, errors, and costs before and after.
•Work with our IT team on the company's shared AI infrastructure.
What we want to see
•You've taken AI/LLM solutions into production, from figuring out what problem to solve all the way to having it run in a real workflow.
•A background as an AI engineer.
•You're hands-on: you design and build things yourself.
•A dev background, whether that's software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or something close.
•You've built agent-based systems and automation workflows that actually work.
Additionally, it would be great to have
•Experience in performance marketing or working with marketing data.
•Hands-on time with Dify or similar platforms.
•Python, Docker, CI/CD, and handling secrets.
•SQL, ClickHouse, and ad network APIs (Meta, TikTok).
•Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and internal tooling.
•An understanding of gamedev.
