AI Architect - CEO Second Brain (relocation)
About the Role
We're building an AI-native operating system for a CEO - a single interface that knows everything, remembers everything, and actually gets things done.
You ask a question - it pulls context from emails, docs, CRM, calendar, past conversations. You give a task - it breaks it down, orchestrates agents, and delivers. No manual searching. No context switching.
It's infrastructure for how a founder runs a company.
We're looking for someone who has built this before and has the experience and vision to do it right.
What You'll Build
•A unified AI layer the CEO interacts with daily
•Multi-agent architecture in production - not demos, not prototypes
•Integrations across the stack: calendar, email, docs, Slack, CRM, databases
•Persistent memory that learns and retains context over time
•Automation that handles routine tasks proactively
•Security and access control built for highly sensitive data
You'll own the stack. Claude, GPT, LangChain, n8n, vector DBs - whatever delivers results. We care about outcomes, not tools.
What We're Looking For
•Proven experience building Second Brain / Executive AI / Personal Intelligence systems or comparable agentic products — real products, not experiments
•Hands-on work with AI agents in production: orchestration, chaining, tool use. You build it yourself.
•Deep understanding of LLMs — prompting, RAG, embeddings, context management
•Ability to ship fast and iterate based on feedback
•Systems thinking — you design for scale and maintainability
•Strong plus: background at an AI-native startup or a lab building models
