Responsibilities
•Develop and execute affiliate and KOL partnership strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement in Kazakhstan.
•Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local KOLs, influencers, content creators, affiliates, and community partners.
•Build and maintain a strong local partner network across social media platforms, communities, and relevant channels.
•Negotiate partnership terms, manage campaigns, and optimize performance based on key growth metrics.
•Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency.
•Collaborate with global marketing, operations, and product teams to launch localized growth initiatives.
•Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer/community opportunities.
•Support local events, community activities, and partnership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer partnerships, business development, or digital marketing.
•Strong understanding of the Kazakhstan market with an established network of local KOLs, influencers, affiliates, or online communities.
•Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnership relationships.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and growth metrics.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
•Fluency in Kazakh and/or Russian is required; strong English communication skills are preferred.
Nice to have
•Experience in fintech, technology, gaming, or digital platforms is a plus.
•Existing network within Kazakhstan's creator ecosystem, online communities, or affiliate marketing channels.
•Experience managing performance-based partnerships and incentive programs.
•Understanding of regional social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
