About your role

As an Automation QA - Advisor, you will play a critical role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure software applications meet functional, performance and reliability standards while aligning with business goals and client needs.
What you'll do
•Lead the design, development and implementation of automated test frameworks and test suites to support business goals.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and technical test plans.
•Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
•Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for web, API and backend systems.
•Identify, document and track software defects, and work closely with development teams to support timely resolution.
•Maintain and improve existing automation codebases and participate in peer review processes.
•Mentor junior QA associates and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.
•Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into the build and deployment process.

Experience you'll need to have
•10-12 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
•10+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium, Java or similar automation tools and programming languages
•10+ years of experience in SQL databases
•8+ years of experience in API testing and automation frameworks
•8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
•8+ years of experience in AWS, Azure or GCP services
•10-12 years of experience with Agile methodologies
•10-12 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience
