AMTJ LLC is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is suitable for a professional who wants to develop strong practical expertise in accounting and gradually take responsibility for a broader range of accounting processes.
Задачи
•Recording and processing daily accounting transactions in accordance with accounting policies and applicable legislation
•Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
•Processing invoices, primary accounting documents, acts, and other financial documentation
•Performing bank and cash transactions and ensuring their proper accounting
•Monitoring settlements with suppliers, customers, and other counterparties
•Preparing and maintaining accounting registers and supporting documentation
•Performing account reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
•Participating in monthly and annual closing processes
•Preparing analytical information and internal financial reports for management
•Supporting the preparation of tax and statutory reports
•Checking the completeness and accuracy of primary documents and ensuring their proper filing
•Monitoring document flow between branches, finance, and other departments
•Participating in inventory and fixed asset accounting
•Assisting with payroll-related accounting processes and reconciliations
•Communicating with suppliers and other counterparties regarding financial and accounting matters
•Supporting internal and external audits by providing the required accounting documentation
•Identifying accounting discrepancies and participating in their resolution
•Performing other accounting and financial tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant
Требования
•Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
•At least 1 years of relevant accounting experience
•Knowledge of Armenian tax and accounting legislation
•Good command of MS Excel
•Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
•Ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines
•Responsibility, accuracy, and a structured approach to work
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Будет плюсом: Practical experience with accounting software; knowledge of 1C is an advantage
