Asterman is looking for a 3D Environment Artist for project-based collaboration on a stylized game art project. We are looking for an artist who can take an approved 2D concept and turn it into a polished 3D asset while preserving the original design, proportions, and visual style.

•At what stage of the project(s)? Active production

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
•Create stylized 3D environment assets based on provided 2D concepts and references
•Work through the full asset production pipeline: blocking → modeling → texturing
•Accurately follow the client's concept, proportions, shapes, and visual direction
•Create clean, production-ready models
•Implement feedback at each approval stage
•Work with provided client materials and references
What kind of professional are we looking for?
•Strong experience in stylized 3D art
•Portfolio with buildings, architecture, props, or environment assets
•Strong modeling and texturing skills
•Ability to translate a 2D concept into 3D while maintaining its style
•Good understanding of shape, proportions, color, and materials
•Ability to work independently and follow feedback
•Experience with game-ready assets is a plus
